Have you ever wonder why we do not have the confidence to excel? Maybe it's because of the way we speak and think about ourselves.


Self-deprecating language and thinking are reckless and dangerous. 


Here are 5 ways to improve your self-esteem and confidence. 


1. Stop deflecting compliments. 

2. Remove toxic people.

3. Speak life into yourself (even if that means saying positive affirmations daily, it's my fave).

4. Read self-help books,

5, Surround yourself with positivity and positive people. 


Anytime you have a negative thought about yourself, negate it by saying something positive out aloud. (EX: I look horrible, replace it with “I look beautiful)

Hearing is believing!

Confident self-talk is the foundation of healthy self-esteem, and it’s also important for your mental health.
